Job summary

Hive + Co is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler for an onsite role in New Albany, Ohio. The candidate will coordinate team activities, support Project Managers, and independently develop complex schedules using Primavera P6.

The role requires 6+ years of scheduling experience, strong governance, and the ability to guide junior schedulers. Some travel to job sites may be required, and the position is office-based five days a week.

Qualifications

• Minimum of effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to define activities, durations, and logic for complex schedules.
• Experience with Primavera P6 scheduling in utilities or construction.

Responsibilities

• Define activities, durations, sequences, and logic for scope of work and milestones.
• Lead junior schedulers and schedule review meetings with stakeholders.
• Provide schedule analysis updates and communicate status to project stakeholders.
• Develop integrated system schedules with resource loading and leveling.
• Crack schedules to address risks and scenarios as needed.
• Maintain and baseline schedules and track metrics.
