Job summary

A leading engineering firm is seeking a full-time Project Manager to oversee property condition assessments and manage project responsibilities such as planning, execution, and reporting. This role requires coordination with team members, client communication, and ensuring project quality as per client expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and excellent interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience in construction management or due diligence services.
• 5+ years experience conducting property inspections and writing associated assessments.
• 1 to 2 years performing quality or peer reviews on property assessments.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Oversee quality control throughout the project’s life cycle.
• Coordinate efforts of team members and deliver projects according to plan.

Education

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in architecture, construction management, and or engineering discipline.
