Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.

Responsibilities

• Develops project scopes, schedules, and budgets and tracks progress.
• Manages complex contract negotiations to protect project interests.
• Leads project teams and aligns internal resources with project objectives.
• Monitors progress to ensure scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Manages change requests and applies risk management techniques.
• Maintains client relationships to secure future work.
• Documents deliverables and maintains project records.
• Mentors staff on project management best practices.
