B&B Concrete is seeking a Construction Project Manager for Colorado Springs to lead heavy civil projects, coordinating with owners, engineers, and field teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will manage costs, schedules, subcontracts, and project documentation while aligning crews and materials with DOT timelines and facilitating practical, hands-on problem solving on and off the jobsite.

• Contracts: Manage subcontractors, change orders, and project documentation.
• Problem Solving: Work through design and field challenges with engineers and partners.
• Relationships: Be a trusted point of contact for owners, engineers, and project teams.
