Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of highway construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and manage public and private projects.
• Prepare and submit bid proposals to project owners.
• Coordinate with Senior Management and field leadership.
• Supervise field crew members and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Monitor subcontractor work and financial aspects of contracts.
