Brayman Construction Corporation in Saxonburg, PA is seeking a dependable full-time Project Manager for Deep Foundations / Geotechnical to coordinate with project stakeholders, track progress, and mentor staff. Qualifications

• Five+ years of deep foundations/geotechnical construction experience.
• Experience managing contracts valued at $5 million+.
• Experience in both private and public sectors.
• Geotechnical construction experience with secant/tangent piles, micropiles, driven piles, soil nails, caissons, tie backs, shotcrete, slurry walls, and dam anchors.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to travel for projects.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Handle contracts, change orders, and prepare vendor agreements.
• Develop and manage project schedules.
• Collaborate with superintendents and support team to ensure project success.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
