Job summary

CBC Construction Inc. in Danvers, MA is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from inception to closeout.

You will oversee budgets, schedules, scopes of work, and coordination among subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of PM experience in commercial construction, strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record of delivering high-quality projects on time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
• Experience with tenant improvement, banking, or institutional projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online; JobTread experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, scopes of work, and project execution.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants.
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
• Manage RFIs, change orders, project documentation, and closeout packages.
• Utilize project management and accounting software (JobTread, QuickBooks Online, or similar).
• Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes.
