Job summary

EDF power solutions North America is seeking a Project Estimation Manager to lead the end-to-end estimation for renewable energy projects within the EPCTS department. You will own the estimation framework, ensure accuracy, and drive investment decisions with reliable cost, O&M inputs, and production projections.

In this role, you will coach analysts, align cross-functional teams, and continuously improve tools and processes to deliver rigorous, timely project evaluations that support portfolio

Responsibilities

• Drive the successful development, evaluation, and implementation of renewable energy projects within the Project Estimation team.
• Own the end-to-end estimation process and ensure the quality, accuracy, and strategic value of project evaluations that drive investment decisions.
• Lead the evaluation and aggregation of technical project assumptions for development projects, including construction costs, operating expenses, and energy production impacts.
• Ensure project investment decisions are informed by the most reliable data; set analytical standards and identify gaps or risks; drive improvements across tools, processes, and cross-functional workflows.
• Indirectly guide analysts and cross-functional contributors through coaching, direction, and review.
