Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering and development projects, overseeing planning, execution, and successful completion.
• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets, while monitoring progress and adjusting as necessary.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and strategic direction to stakeholders at all levels, fostering transparency and alignment.
• Conduct risk analysis to identify potential risks and challenges within projects and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure engineering and development activities comply with internal processes and industry standards and regulations, including documentation and protection of IP.
• Establish and track KPIs to evaluate project success and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop US Government contract deliverables, including status reports, program reviews, system design documents, and cybersecurity mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with engineering and service teams to troubleshoot issues and report status during test & evaluation.
• Manage proposal efforts for engineering and development projects, including cost estimates and proposal documentation.
