Job summary

Acron Aviation is seeking a Senior Specialist, Project Engineer to lead engineering projects in the Recorders product line. The role combines technical leadership with program management to meet budget, schedule, and quality targets.

You will coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Systems teams, drive ECNs, and lead investigations into production issues to ensure compliant, timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Advanced education and professional experience in the job area.
• Experience with product lifecycle management and obsolescence management.
• Proficient knowledge of project management principles, including earned value management and risk/scope management.
• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, Master's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or 10+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and schedule planning for projects; ensure targets are met.
• Interface with customers on technical and contractual requirements and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with IPTs and program leadership to balance priorities and resources.
