Job summary

Disbrow Iannuzzi Architects in Ferndale, MI is seeking a Project Architect/Project Manager with a passion for architectural craft and detail. The role focuses on guiding complex design projects from concept through construction documents.

You will lead teams, collaborate on residential, hospitality, and sports projects, and coordinate junior designers and consultants, as well as manage sub-contractors on architect-led design-build initiatives.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in architecture (BArch or MArch).
• Architectural license is a plus but not required.
• Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and modeling software.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the construction documentation and management of highly detailed design projects.
• Collaborate on the design development and documentation of bespoke residential, hospitality, and sports projects.
• Coordinate the work of junior design staff and consultants throughout the life of a project.
• Coordinate and manage the work of sub-contractors on Architect-Led design-build projects.
