Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in all phases of design, from schematic design through construction documentation and close-out.
• Thorough knowledge of construction codes and agency compliance is required.
• Experience coordinating work with engineering disciplines is a must.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project team efforts for effective execution of project design.
• Lead the project team through coordination and quality assurance processes.
• Participate in documentation, clarification efforts, and submittal review.

Skills

Excellent written, verbal & visual communication skills

Excellent planning and organization skills

Experience with Autodesk Revit software

Ability and willingness to travel

Self-motivated in a hybrid remote work situation

Education

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Architecture
