Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Program Manager to coordinate hardware, software, product management, and supply chain functions for wired switches in Roseville, CA. The role requires leading cross-functional teams, managing scope, schedule, and budget, and delivering timely communications to leadership.

You will work onsite at the Roseville office with a hybrid schedule, leveraging MS Project, and demonstrating strong analytical and communication skills to drive successful product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 4+ years experience managing technical programs.
• Experience with MS Project and project budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Manages a program involving multiple functions and project teams to drive engineering development and implementation for new product introductions.
• Develops schedules, deliverables, budget, and resource allocation plan for the program.
• Coordinates activities of project teams and partners; tracks progress and updates schedule and resources to meet requirements.
• Communicates program progress, escalations, and analyses to stakeholders; collaborates to implement changes to resolve issues and keep budgets on track.
