L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Lead Program Financial Analyst to lead financial management for large, complex programs in Rochester, NY. You will own budgeting, EVMS, CDRL preparation, and internal financial reporting, partnering with program management to drive cost control and financial transparency.

The role requires strong communication, Excel/PowerPoint proficiency, and experience with ERP systems. A TS/SCI consideration may be required for clearance eligibility; travel is minimal.

Job Description:

The Space Superiority & Imaging Division is seeking a Lead Program Financial Analyst to support large and complex programs in Rochester, NY. The candidate will be responsible for the execution of program finance processes and deliverables; inclusive of budgeting, EVMS, CDRL preparation, internal financial metrics reporting, and partnership with program management.

Essential Functions:

• Works to achieve program operational targets to impact overall division results
• Communicate with program management and cross-functional teammates to explain and interpret information
• Supports development and maintenance of program IMS and budget
• Leads program financial processes: EVMS, CDRL preparation, and financial forecasting
• Prepares weekly/monthly program financial reports
• Analyzes program cost and billing details
• Responsible for advising program management and cross-functional teammates on adherence to Finance policies, procedures, and adoption of best practices
• Ultimate ownership of the team’s execution of program finance deliverables; inclusive of EVMS, CDRL’s, ERP system management, financial forecasting, and process improvement objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 9 years of prior finance experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of prior finance experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Specific experience with PeopleSoft, Hyperion and Cobra is a plus
• Top Secret SCI security clearance or able to obtain upon hire
• Ability to build collaborative relationships, earn trust, and thrive in an inclusive environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to recognize trends that present financial risks or opportunities
• Strong Proficiency in Earned Value Management, EVMS certification is a plus.
• Experience with creating financial forecasts
• Proficiency with a financial ERP system, such as PeopleSoft, Hyperion, or SAP
• Expertise with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in New York state is $91,500 - $170,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
