L3Harris Technologies in Ashburn, VA, is seeking a Lead, Program Finance to partner with program managers and cross-functional teams. You will develop and maintain the program's financial plan, perform analyses, forecast cash flow, and ensure contracts stay within negotiated parameters and government cost controls.

The role requires extensive expertise in EVMS, cost/control processes, and the ability to obtain a US Secret Clearance.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 9+ years of experience; graduate degree with 7+ years; or 13+ years if no degree.
• Experience with EVMS, EAC, variance analysis, funding profiles, and cash flow forecasting.
• Ability to obtain US Secret Clearance.

Job Description:

The Surveillance and Strike group is seeking a program finance analyst. Responsible for supporting the financial control of complex programs. Works as a key business partner to Program Managers and functional teams to establish and maintain the program’s financial plan, perform analyses and prepare reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines. Performs and/or assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, cash flow forecasting, and variance analysis. Conducts and/or assists in financial analysis that provides insight into cost and schedule health on a program to ensure financial objectives are met. Supports finance leadership team in the analysis of performance data with the goal of providing early indicators of program health. Reviews and approves recommendations for financial planning and control. Monitors program adherence to approved budget. Supports finance leadership team on internal and external Audits.

Essential Functions:

• Support major programs including Cost Plus/Fixed Price, with contractual Earned Value (EVMS) reporting requirements.
• Preparation of EV deliverables, variance analysis for both internal management and customer.
• Change management, EAC analysis and reporting
• Orders, Revenue, Operating Income, and PWC forecasting and analysis
• Experience using PeopleSoft, COBRA, Hyperion, and advanced Excel skills
• Monitor and control cost.
• Interface with various levels of management, Program Office and functional departments to support programs
• Audit support
• Ability to obtain US Secret Clearance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.

• Strong Excel/MS Office skills
• Highly motivated worker, comfortable working independently in a deadline driven environment, where accountability and attention to detail are critical
• Strong written and oral communication skills, project a professional demeanor, and be capable of working effectively with junior to upper level coworkers

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Virginia (Greater D.C. area) is $105,500 - $196,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
