LKQ Corporation is seeking a production supervisor to join our team in Newnan, GA. You will supervise production staff, manage workload scheduling, ensure safety and quality, and instill a strong safety culture.

You will establish daily, weekly and monthly objectives, guide staff, monitor productivity, and drive process improvements while adhering to policies and procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years+ in specialized profession or equivalent; prior senior lead experience.
• 3+ years re-manufacturing experience and 1+ years warehouse related experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate to employees.
• Manage workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
• Guide and coach employees, monitoring productivity and safety.
• Oversee safe use of equipment and schedule maintenance.
• Prepare performance reports for senior managers and identify improvements.
