Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production management software.
• Ability to obtain and maintain 608 universal refrigerant certification.
• English language proficiency in written and spoken form.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of workers, assigning tasks and providing guidance to meet daily targets.
• Motivate and mentor team members to optimize productivity and quality.
• Coordinate with management to meet production targets and allocate resources.
• Monitor quality control processes and address issues to maintain standards.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and conduct safety training/audits.
