Responsibilities

• Maintain production schedule and allocate labor to meet deadlines.
• Oversee inventory levels and monthly counts following BC processes.
• Lead and participate in daily graphics, weekly production, and huddles.
• Support 5S audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to hiring decisions and performance reviews for Exhibit Associates.
• Provide coaching and cross-training planning for the team.
