Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced production knowledge and experience.
• Knowledge of production processes, measurement, inspection, procedures, production planning and control.
• Experience in SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Extremely self-motivated & driven to achieve results.
• Ability to prioritise and make decisions.
• External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• 2nd and 3rd shift premium available.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead employees and optimize production performance.
• Increase efficiency and productivity of operators and equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment, assist with changeover, set-ups and coordinate maintenance schedules.
• Set an example for quality and housekeeping and provide assistance to operators.
• Maintain accurate records including maintenance reports, incentive, scrap, SPC charts, and attendance records.
• Encourage continuous improvement through SPS activities and problem-solving tools.
• Lead by training and coaching employees and provide feedback on performance, quality and safety.
• Adhere to company policies, safety standards and housekeeping practices.
