Job summary

Land O'Lakes is seeking a Lead Production Operator for the 3rd shift to join our Nutra Blend manufacturing team. You will operate machinery, package final products, and support the creation of high-quality inputs for customers.

You must be 18+, have basic computer and math skills, and be able to read and follow English instructions. The role requires reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.

Lead Production Operator - 3rd Shift

Pay: $28.55 per hour plus Shift Differential: $1.00 per hour (if applicable) Shift & Working Hours: 3rd Shift; 10:00PM to 6:30 AM Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed.

In this role, you will be a key member of our Land O'Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team, performing front-line production processes that add value and quality to the inputs and creation of final high-quality products. You will gain skills and experience of taking raw materials to produce our final products for customers. This will include operating machinery and equipment, packaging the final product. This role is part of our Nutra Blend business who is an industry leader in manufacturing and distributing quality vitamins, trace minerals, micro-ingredients, and antibiotic premixes for the feed industry.

Preferred Experience:

• 1+ year of manufacturing work experience
• Machine operation and/or forklift experience

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
• Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
• Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present
