Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of management/supervisory experience.
• 1+ years of scheduling and/or dispatch experience.
• Experience in the electrical or construction industries is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire staff for field and office positions.
• Perform annual performance reviews.
• Ensure all work is scheduled and completed daily.
• Oversee dispatching, billing, mapping, and permitting.
• Facilitate training for staff.
• Meet with customers on-site as needed.
• Review P&L statements monthly.
