This is an on-site role that will be assigned to a Broadridge location where you will work 100% of the time.**Responsibilities:**Maintains and monitors the machines and the environment on the production floor to meet company standards and ensure minimum equipment downtime. Build and perform minor repairs. Oversee energy creation to power the machines, partnering with (Co-generation) outside energy groups -Performs operational, craft or manual tasks -Typically requires vocational training, apprenticeships or the equivalent experience -Performs tasks according to established procedures -Has developed expertise typically developed through a combination of job-related training and considerable on- the-job experience -Typically acts as a lead, coordinating the work of others 3⁄4 but not a supervisor -Works autonomously within established procedures and practicesFunctional Knowledge: -Requires understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own discipline and basic knowledge of other disciplinesBusiness Expertise: -Has a good understanding of how related teams coordinate their efforts and resources to achieve objectivesLeadership: -Serves as team lead, may allocate work and provide subject matter guidance to more junior team membersProblem Solving: -Exercises judgment, based on previous experience, practices and precedents, to identify and solve problems that arise with little or no precedentImpact: -Impacts the effectiveness of own team and closely related teamsInterpersonal Skills: -Exchanges ideas and information effectively; uses tact and diplomacy when dealing with others**Qualifications:*** Associate degree and Technical/Trade School* 8 -10 years’ experience within a high-volume production environment with resultant knowledge of insertion/finishing equipment* A proven proficiency in the operation, repair and maintenance of insertion/finishing equipment, electric and electric circuit experience necessary* Full understanding and working knowledge of equipment software and operating systems. Experience in mode building and implementation.
