Job summary

Almac Group in Souderton, PA is seeking a Production Coordinator to lead a team of operators in refrigerated, frozen and ambient areas supporting cold chain packaging and labeling operations.

The role requires working 3rd shift (11pm-7am) and ensuring quality in products for patient safety as per SOPs and cGMPs. Experience in pharma/GMP is preferred and related SOP familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year work experience required.
• Pharmaceutical or GMP environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Package, label and assemble material within refrigerated (2-8C) and frozen (-20C) and ambient areas per batch document and cGMP/SOPs.
• Perform routine cleaning of equipment and packaging rooms per SOPs and cGMPs.
• Lead assigned team daily: assign tasks, review instructions, address behavior issues, and manage staging/closeout.
• Demonstrate use of COSMOS ERP and Almac internal systems as needed.
• Ensure log books and cleanings are completed per SOPs.
• Organize production layout for efficient processing and secure handling of materials.
• Inspect and monitor quality of processed/assembled materials.
• Verify line label reels at correct stations and record material usage.
• Perform line clearances and return materials to warehouse after completion.
• Communicate room activity and process improvements to Production Supervisors.
