Cadrex is seeking a Production Lead to direct Operators and workers in setup, operation, and quality. You will assign work, monitor adherence to procedures, and train staff in inspection and process controls.
The role emphasizes maintaining documentation, coordinating between shifts, and driving continuous improvements to production flow and quality standards.
Cadrex is searching for a Production Lead who will Instruct and assist Operators or other workers in process setup and operations, quality standards, and process documentation. Perform a variety of duties to ready the process for assembly and/or production, while assigning personnel to work areas and tasks, and training in various duties.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to work near moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to the risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate and occasionally loud.
