Job summary

PNC is seeking a Product Owner Senior within its Treasury Management organization, with the role based in multiple U.S. cities including Dallas, TX. The role drives UK Payments Hub roadmap, defines requirements with engineering and compliance, and acts as SME on UK clearing/settlement schemes. Base salary shown; sponsorship not offered.

The position requires strong product ownership skills, agile practices, and experience coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver value to customers.

Qualifications

• Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable.
• Industry relevant experience is typically 8+ years. Specific certifications are often required.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Owns the vision and definition of the product. Serves as the voice of the Customer. Responsible for ensuring the Scrum Team(s) effort is concentrated on the right priorities based on business value.
• Defines and conveys the vision to the team(s) in order to address client requirements to ensure a successful product based on business value.
• Drives the creation of and the integrity of the product backlog. Leads grooming of the product backlog and ensures the backlog is correctly prioritized based on business value.
• Responsible for ensuring the Scrum Master(s) and development team(s), are focused on the right priorities during the development process. Primary point of contact for questions from the team(s) and is empowered to make decisions.
• Accepts delivery of working product from the Scrum Team(s). Socializes the delivery of business value and outcomes of the iteration to the stakeholders and clients.
