Job summary

Envestnet seeks a Lead Product Manager for the Tamarac platform to own and drive the full product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and optimization. You will partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful launches that meet advisor workflows and client needs.

You will lead cross-functional teams, communicate strategy clearly, and mentor other product managers while upholding governance and compliance practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of product management experience with a track record of delivering complex software solutions.
• Self-directed and highly motivated with ability to lead initiatives independently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end product leadership—from discovery and strategy through delivery and optimization.
• Design and prioritize features based on advisor workflows and client needs.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to define priorities and specifications.
• Define go-to-market strategies with product marketing and sales.
• Establish success metrics and use data to inform product strategy.
• Mentor other product managers to elevate team performance.
