Job summary
Onto Innovation is seeking an experienced Product Management Leader focused on semiconductor yield management and process control software for advanced manufacturing customers. You will work with Software Development Engineering, Applications Engineering, and Product Marketing to align enterprise product development with market needs and ROI-driven timelines.
The ideal candidate is a proven leader in portfolio-level product management within a fast-paced B2B environment, with direct experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related field.
- Experience with complex yield management and/or process control software in semiconductor, robotics, automation, aerospace, or related industries.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot multi-subsystem interactions.
Responsibilities
- Translate market requirements into product capabilities and development timelines.
- Collaborate with engineering to optimize development costs and licensing models.
- Guide documentation, training, and field support for major releases.
- Monitor product performance and present metrics to executives.
