You will drive business cases, market requirements, and multi-year roadmaps while partnering with Sales, Engineering, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 9+ years of relevant product management experience.
• 7+ years in federal government, civil agency, or defense/national security markets.
• Experience developing multi-year product roadmaps and driving portfolio offerings from concept to sustainment.
• Experience with Stage-Gate or similar structured product development processes.

Responsibilities

• Own productization of the Split Radio, ESM, and network/security solutions and guide from concept to production and sustainment.
• Develop business cases and provide strategic direction aligned with core competencies.
• Define market requirements and translate into product description documents for execution teams.
• Develop multi-generational roadmaps, prioritize features, and align release timing with customer needs.
