Qualifications

• 12 years of professional experience.
• FINRA licenses: Series 7, 63, 79, 24.
• Multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Create marketing materials and explain complex concepts clearly.
• Client-focused with alignment of processes and systems.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership with team management experience.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Team player who thrives under pressure.
• Experience in investor relations, credit or finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development and launches for funds, separately managed accounts (SMA), and co-investments.
• Develop go-to-market and sales strategies with client coverage teams.
• Evaluate revenue targets and costs for existing products.
• Drive messaging and content for investor materials, webinars, and events.
• Coordinate investor diligence with product specialists and stakeholders.
• Oversee day-to-day management of the product specialist team.
• Define competitive landscape and inform product development.
• Oversee fund closings and investor negotiations with various teams.
• Lead strategic projects including process improvements and events.
• Communicate updates to ICs and investors on strategy and pipeline.
• Mentor and develop product staff.
