Uber Eats is expanding its grocery and retail ads program. As Lead Product Manager for Grocery & Retail Ads, you will own demand growth for CPG ads and define how ads appear, are measured, and performed across the Uber Eats ecosystem.
You'll work with design, data science, engineering, and regional teams to build an ads platform that delivers value for merchants and a relevant experience for shoppers.
Uber Eats is expanding its mission to help consumers discover and purchase anything they need-and grocery and retail are at the center of that growth. Advertising is a critical lever in enabling merchants to scale and helping consumers find the right items at the right moment. We're looking for an experienced and strategic product manager to shape the future of grocery and retail advertising across the Uber Eats ecosystem.
As a Lead Product Manager for Grocery & Retail Ads, you will own demand growth for CPG ads and collaborate with other PMs to deliver end-to-end outcomes for both shoppers and merchants. You will define how ads appear, how they perform, how they are measured, and how they contribute to a healthy marketplace that serves millions of customers each day. You'll set product strategy, drive alignment across the Ads, Grocery, Retail, and Consumer organizations, and lead cross-functional execution to bring that strategy to life.
You will collaborate deeply with Product Design, Data Science, Engineering, Ads Operations, Sales, UXR, and regional business teams. Your work will rely on rich shopper insights, merchant feedback, experimentation, and a strong understanding of ad systems. You'll combine product intuition with analytical rigor to build an ads ecosystem that delivers value to merchants while creating a delightful and relevant experience for consumers.
This role requires an owner's mindset, a high bar for quality, and the passion to build a world-class grocery and retail ads platform.
