Job summary
Capital One is seeking a Senior Associate Product Manager to lead Third Party Offers within the Card Customer Resiliency team. You will guide targeted offer programs with external partners, shaping customer debt-resolution journeys and enabling seamless integrations.
You will manage a cross-functional, agile team to translate business strategy into consumer digital products, building roadmaps and delivering measurable business value.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or military experience
- At least 1 year of product management experience or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
- 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer facing digital products
- 1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences
- 1+ years working with cross functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process
Responsibilities
- Lead Senior Associate Product Manager for Third Party Offers and architect enhancements within the offers ecosystem
- Drive partner-facing offer experiences, ensuring seamless integrations and transparency
- Champion agile delivery with a fully-staffed engineering squad to bring high-impact solutions to market
