Job summary

JeppesenForeFlight is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Charting to own the transformation of our chart production pipeline, modernizing a legacy system with an automated tool. You will drive efficiency for ~150 users and unlock new products from ideation to production in a net-new scale role.

You'll guide customer discovery, identify bottlenecks, and partner with global engineering to sequence migration, while mentoring peers and applying practical AI to improve workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, including leading a major platform or system migration end to end.
• Hands-on AI experience with concrete examples of what you built and how.
• Proven customer discovery skills; identify real problems, not just stated requests.
• Experience partnering with distributed, global engineering teams.

As our Lead Product Manager for Charting,you'llown the transformation of our chart production pipeline: modernizing a legacy system with an updated automated charting tool.This role will look to create efficiencies for the currentuser, andalsounlock new productsfrom ideationto production. This is a net-new role as we scale the charting organization and take on one of its most consequential transformations.

Basic Qualifications:

• 8+ years of product management experience, including leading a major platform or systemmigrationend to end
• Demonstrated, hands-on experience building with AIas reflected by beingable to speak concretely about what you built and how, not just that you used it
• Provencustomer discovery skills; ability toidentifya customer's actual problem, not just their stated request
• Experience partnering with distributed, global engineering teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Aviation background,particularlyas a pilot who has used Jeppesen charts(strongly preferred)
• Experience at an airline or in the military, particularly with a technology background

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well market and business considerations: Summary Base Pay Range:$188,000-$230,000 USD
