Job summary

CWILL is seeking its first US-based platform PM who will report to the CEO. You will drive cross-product platform design and define the AI agent tasks for merchant workflows across CWILL products.

The role emphasizes hands-on customer discovery with US mid-market Shopify merchants and close collaboration with Sales and CS to validate use cases before building. You will own the onboarding experience for AI features, set task completion criteria, and translate merchant problems into measurable

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of product experience with 2+ years in AI/LLM-powered products.
• Experience in B2B SaaS multi-product platforms.
• Proven real customer discovery with merchants and pilots.
• Expertise in agent task definition, tool calling, human-in-the-loop.
• Strong written communication across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery with US mid-market Shopify merchants; validate use cases with lighthouse customers.
• Design end-to-end journeys spanning multiple CWILL products and define unified platform experiences.
• Define AI Agent tasks, tool-calling scope, and escalation flows; ensure measurable task completion.
• Shape onboarding for AI features and communicate requirements to engineering.
• Own platform packaging, pricing decisions, and cross-product attach strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales/CS to drive cross-product adoption; translate problems into architecture specs.
• Co-own prioritization decisions with a focus on real customer problems over nice-to-haves.
