The position emphasizes business-facing coordination, understanding workflows, and translating needs into actionable product outcomes. Travel may be involved as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience managing software products from concept through launch.
• Experience leading discovery activities, partnering with stakeholders to understand business needs, prioritize opportunities, and make strategic tradeoff decisions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of product management principles, Agile software development practices, and requirements management.
• Ability to gather, prioritize, and translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements and deliverables.
• Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage product vision, value proposition, strategy, and roadmap for digital products and solutions.
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and feedback sessions to identify needs and opportunities.
• Gather, prioritize, and translate business and customer needs into user stories and requirements for development teams.
• Monitor product adoption and performance, and adjust roadmap accordingly.
• Support the evaluation and incubation of innovative ideas and emerging technologies.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand workflows, priorities, and strategic objectives.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
• Coordinate with marketing for launch plans and adoption strategies.
• Lead product demonstrations and stakeholder communications for internal and external audiences.
• Develop materials that articulate product value and drive user adoption.
• Support change management for successful implementation.
