Job summary

Tekion Corporation is seeking a senior Product leader to drive strategy, development, and execution of core product initiatives across SaaS platforms. You will partner with engineering, design, marketing, and GTM teams to deliver compelling product features and value to customers.

You will analyze market trends, gather customer feedback, and define roadmaps with measurable outcomes. A strong background in cloud-based products and data-driven decision making is essential.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of product management experience including ownership of major product lines.
• Strong background in SaaS, cloud platforms, or enterprise tech products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven success in developing and scaling products in cross-functional environments.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, product lifecycle tools, and data-driven decision-making.

Job Introduction:

Basic Qualifications:

8–10 years of experience in product management, including ownership of major product lines or features

Strong background in SaaS, cloud platforms, or enterprise technology products

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred

Proven success in developing and scaling products in cross-functional environments

Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills

Experience with Agile methodologies, product lifecycle tools, and data-driven decision-making

Compensation

The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across applicable US locations. The actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition to the compensation listed, this position may be eligible for equity compensation, and/or a bonus or commission whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual or company performance.
