Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically deep Product Management leader to help define and drive the future of autonomous networking. This individual contributor role will be responsible for shaping product strategy and execution across wired, wireless, security, and cloud-managed networking platforms, leveraging AI and automation to simplify network operations and improve customer outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines extensive networking domain expertise with a passion for innovation and practical application of AI technologies. This is a highly visible role that requires close collaboration with customers, engineering, architecture, and go-to-market teams to deliver differentiated solutions that address real-world operational challenges.

Rather than relying solely on traditional requirements gathering, this leader will use customer insights, telemetry, data-driven decision making, prototypes, AI-assisted development tools, and hands-on engagement with engineering teams to influence product direction and accelerate innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for autonomous networking capabilities across campus, branch, data center, security, and cloud-managed networking environments.
  • Engage directly with enterprise customers, partners, and field teams to understand operational challenges and translate them into innovative product capabilities.
  • Drive the integration of AI, automation, and intelligent operations across networking products and services.
  • Partner closely with engineering and architecture teams to influence product design, technical tradeoffs, and solution implementation.
  • Leverage customer data, telemetry, analytics, and experimentation to prioritize investments and validate outcomes.
  • Develop product requirements, business cases, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for new capabilities and offerings.
  • Use prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and AI-assisted development approaches to rapidly explore concepts and accelerate product delivery.
  • Act as a thought leader for autonomous networking technologies and represent the company with customers, industry events, and executive stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across product management, engineering, UX, marketing, sales, and customer success organizations.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or related leadership roles within the networking industry.
  • Deep knowledge of networking technologies, including wired and wireless networking, campus and branch networking, network security, and cloud-managed platforms.
  • Hands-on experience deploying, operating, troubleshooting, or managing enterprise networking environments.
  • Strong understanding of networking architectures, protocols, operations, and lifecycle management.
  • Experience translating complex customer and operational challenges into scalable product solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with highly technical engineering and architecture teams.
  • Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience developing product strategies and roadmaps informed by customer feedback, market insights, and business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience building or delivering AI-powered, autonomous, or self-healing infrastructure solutions.
  • Knowledge of cloud operations, observability, network analytics, AIOps, machine learning, or automation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with modern cloud platforms and SaaS-based networking solutions.
  • Experience utilizing AI-assisted development tools, rapid prototyping methodologies, or data-driven product discovery techniques.
  • Proven track record of influencing large-scale platform strategies across multiple product domains.
  • Experience presenting to executive audiences, customers, analysts, and industry forums.
