Job summary

Atoms is seeking a Lead Product Designer in Seattle to shape software that moves thousands of orders daily. You will bridge digital and physical systems, designing dashboards and workflows to improve throughput, reliability, and efficiency across facilities and kitchen operations.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver data-driven interfaces, scalable design systems, and AI-powered solutions that drive business impact in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product or UX design.
• Strong full-stack design skills from interaction to visual design and system thinking.
• A proven track record of building products from the ground up with cross-functional partners.
• Experience designing complex data-driven applications like dashboards and analytics.
• Familiarity with designing mobile apps.
• Impact-driven mindset prioritizing customer value and fast delivery.
• Ability to be a strategic partner and shape product vision in the market.
• A team player with proactive communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Designer on the Facility Tech Team; optimize how food moves through our facilities.
• Design software and workflows for dashboards, coordination tools, and ordering workflows.
• Build software to help kitchen teams efficiently prepare, manage, and fulfill orders.
• Develop AI-powered solutions to scale design, selling, and support efforts.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and operations.
• Participate in design critiques and cross-functional reviews; champion user insights.
