Job summary

GetWhys is hiring a lead product designer to own design across the product, from early ideas to customer-ready details. You’ll help establish design practices, systems, and standards for a fast-moving, autonomous team.

You’ll design experiences across GetWhys platform and tools where our intelligence appears, including integrations with third-party apps. The role requires hands-on design work and shaping a cohesive product vision in a startup environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum ~5 years of product design experience.
• A strong portfolio showing end-to-end product work and excellent visual craft.
• Experience designing complex software, workflows, or systems.
• Experience with AI tools within the design process.
• Experience building or contributing to design systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead product design from early exploration through final implementation.
• Improve the usability and visual quality of the product.
• Design experiences across the platform and integration points.
• Build a practical design system to move faster and stay consistent.
• Work closely with product and engineering to decide what to build.
• Give clear feedback, explain reasoning, and raise quality bar.
• Be a strong partner for product in proactively answering questions for engineering.
• Shape our approach to UX and UI.
