Organizations need to reduce training and labor costs but at same requiring the best "talent " for the job.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design vision for our suite of products
• Create interaction and visual designs for new product features
• Identify areas for improvement based on our competitive landscape as well as industry trends and best practices
• Understand and clearly communicate the information architecture, workflows, and processes surrounding the user experience
• Work with developers to implement strategies that ensure technical success

Qualifications:

• Proven experience designing modern and usable web applications
• Knowledge of industry design trends and has a strong opinion about UX best practices
• Has an expert eye for the proper use of type, space and color.
• Can create wireframes and also high-resolution final design and assets
• Understanding of Agile design practices and ability to deliver a minimum viable design
• Experience conducting user research and comfortable talking with customers
• Experience with prototyping tools or hand-coded HTML/CSS/JS is a plus

Requirements:

• BFA in Graphic Design or related field
• 5+ years of Web Application design experience preferably for a software company
• A strong portfolio featuring relevant work examples.
• Must be a self-starter and able to work well with others in a fast-paced agile environment with an emphasis on collaborating and assisting the team to meet business objectives
