Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a Product Design role.
• At least 5 years of experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Experience leading design projects or teams.

Responsibilities

• Co-create innovative solutions to complex problems and influence product strategy.
• Lead design projects, directing and delegating work for more junior team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to inform tool usage and design systems.
• Navigate needs of partners and stakeholders prioritizing customer-centered solutions.
