Paramount Games is hiring an experienced Lead Producer to join our Publishing team. In this role, you'll partner closely with our development studio(s) and internal publishing functions to drive milestone delivery, keep cross-functional work aligned, and manage day-to-day execution across one or more high-profile AAA titles. Reporting to the Executive Producer, you'll act as a player-first advocate, pushing features and milestones forward on time and to a high bar of quality. You'll help steer project plans, spot and manage risk before it becomes a problem, and keep every stakeholder, from development to marketing to platform partners, on the same page.
This role suits someone who's energized by fast-moving, ambitious production environments, and who brings structure and follow-through to complex, multi-team efforts.

The annual salary range for this position in Los Angeles is $140,000 – $180,000. The salary offered may vary based on the candidate’s location, qualifications, experience and relevant expertise, among other factors.
