Escape Velocity Entertainment Inc. is seeking a seasoned Lead Producer to guide the development of a new IP. This role demands top-level project leadership, building new IP, growing teams, and supporting the creative leaders in the realization of their vision.

Reporting to the Executive Producer, you will align production and creative needs, mentor staff, and drive milestones, budgets, and schedules across multiple locations while embracing a fully remote work culture.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in internal game development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading teams across multiple locations.
• Experience building AAA Games.
• Excellent communicator and emotionally intelligent leader.
• Ability to interface with all levels of the organization.
• Capable of balancing production and creative needs.

Responsabilidades

• Manage internal and external teams across multiple locations to meet schedules and budgets.
• Support Release Management, Dev Ops, Live Ops, and other technical groups.
• Oversee release frameworks, merge & branching strategies, bug fixes and finalizing builds.
• Develop product budgets and schedules with Producers.
• Collaborate with the Executive Producer to ensure core development processes are followed.
• Mentor producers and support their growth and career development.
• Set coherent goals from milestone to milestone and ensure execution.
• Coordinate focus testing, outsourcing and external partners as required.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a seasoned Lead Producer to lead the development of our new IP. This role will play a vital part in the successful delivery of a major new title. The ideal candidate will have experience at the highest levels of project leadership, building new IP, growing teams, and supporting the creative leaders in the realization of their vision.

What we will do together:

• Manage internal and external teams across multiple locations to meet production schedules and deliver the project to quality, time, and budget expectations.
• Support the strategic and tactical operations of the Release Management, Dev Ops, Live Ops, Technical Art, and other technical groups.
• Have a strong technical understanding of software release frameworks including merge & branching strategy, bug fixing and locking builds, finalizing builds and releasing them to the public.
• Work closely with Producers to develop product budgets and schedules across the team.
• Partner with the Executive Producer to ensure core development processes are adhered to with consistency.
• Mentor producers at all levels of the team, taking a keen interest in their growth and career development.
• Ensure that coherent goals are set for the team from milestone to milestone, and that they are understood and executed upon.
• Coordinate and assist with focus testing, outsourcing and other external parties as required.

What you will bring:

• 10+ years in internal game development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience with strong applied technical knowledge.
• Experience building and leading teams across multiple locations.
• Experience building AAA Games.
• Comfortable guiding and leading staff across both production and creative disciplines, ensuring there is a healthy level of push and pull.
• A excellent communicator and emotionally intelligent leader capable of rallying a team.
• A calm and stable voice capable of managing complex problems with a cool head.
• Ability to interface with all levels of the organization.
• Resourceful, self-motivated, and capable of acting autonomously.
• Capable of balancing production and creative needs in support of making informed decisions.
• Ability to identify and analyse risk while providing mitigation.
• JIRA and Confluence expertise, with experience using metrics to drive improvement.
