Job summary

Food Lion is seeking a Produce Department Manager to lead store operations in the Produce area, including hiring, training, coaching and performance management. You will drive labor efficiency, maintain safety standards, and ensure top-quality displays and inventory to meet company goals.

You will promote exceptional customer service and collaborate with management to achieve budgeted results while maintaining compliance with policies and procedures in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications
