Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of supervisor or lead operator experience.
• Ability to read a tape measure and read blueprints.
• Demonstrated ability to follow written and oral instructions and communicate with others.
• Ability to pass a drug test and work shifts as required by management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate process technicians across extrusion lines.
• Train, mentor and evaluate technicians; ensure SOPs and safety protocols are followed.
• Collaborate with production planning, maintenance and QC to meet output goals.
• Assist operators in resolving processing issues and recommend parameter changes.
• Maintain training records and ensure documentation is up to date.
