Job summary

Pfizer in the United States is seeking a Drug Product Operations specialist focused on sterile inspection. You will partner with shop floor colleagues and supervision to ensure safe, compliant inspection of injectable products, and support equipment and process troubleshooting.

As an SME on site, you will train colleagues, lead Six Sigma improvement projects, develop and validate manufacturing processes, and prepare for audits while contributing to continuous improvement and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher with relevant experience in sterile inspection practices.
• Experience with Six Sigma and process improvement in cGMP environments.
• Knowledge of Korber Seidenader or AVI-based inspection systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform sterile inspection operations and assist in equipment troubleshooting.
• Investigate deviations with cross-functional teams and implement corrective actions.
• Develop SOPs, audit support, and training for junior staff.
