A leading engineering and consulting partner is seeking a Lead Process Engineer to optimize production processes in pharmaceutical environments. You will lead Design of Experiments (DOE) studies and drive process optimization initiatives while working closely with manufacturing and engineering teams. Ideal candidates have 5–10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or process engineering, with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. This role requires on-site work approximately 75% of the time.
