Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree with relevant experience; master’s or PhD optional depending on years of experience.
• Experience in manufacturing engineering and process optimization.
• Ability to lead end-to-end development and tooling design for medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and sustaining engineering support in a manufacturing area.
• Recommend and implement equipment and process modifications to meet quality standards.
• Lead end-to-end development and scale-up of dip molding lines for catheters.
• Review product development requirements for compatibility with processing.
• Interact with design teams to ensure process/design alignment.
• Conduct statistical analysis and document work as needed.
• Develop manufacturing processes applicable to SPC and measurement systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulations.
