• Lead hands-on laboratory experimentation to develop robust chemical transformations and manufacturing processes.
• Influence route design and solve complex chemistry and manufacturing challenges with data-driven decisions.
• Support process characterization, scale-up, technology transfer, and API campaigns across lab, pilot, and manufacturing scales.
