Job summary

The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) is seeking a Senior/Lead Engineer within the CISO organization to design, build, and operate highly available PAM services across hybrid environments. You will own production outcomes, drive automation, and ensure the platform is observable and auditable.

You will lead by example in implementing Zero Trust with privileged access controls, while collaborating with teams across DTCC to improve security posture and resilience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of privileged account lifecycle, credential vaulting, and session management.
• Expertise in automation (Jenkins, Python, Groovy or equivalent) and CI/CD integration.
• Familiarity with Windows, Unix/Linux, Active Directory, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and audit processes in financial or highly regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve PAM platform architecture with a focus on scalability, resilience, and security-by-design.
• Drive platform maturity with features like JIT access, session recording, credential vaulting, and API integrations.
• Implement end-to-end observability and monitoring for PAM platforms.
• Establish governance and compliance policies for privileged accounts and audit readiness.
• Embed PAM into CI/CD pipelines and workflows; develop automation scripts and connectors.
• Monitor PAM performance and lead incident response for privileged access breaches.
• Engage stakeholders and manage vendor relationships; mentor other engineers.
• Participate in disaster recovery exercises and ensure PAM resilience.
