Job summary

Leadenhall Search & Selection, working with a leading global advisory firm, is expanding its Private Equity Growth group. The team operates across sectors such as TMT, Business Services, Consumer Goods, Leisure & Hospitality, Software, Transport and Healthcare, with locations in New York City, Chicago and Boston.

The role will lead end-to-end client engagements, manage multiple workstreams, develop data-driven recommendations, and translate client needs into clear analyses and deliverables,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a consulting environment
• Experience in pricing strategy and/or commercial due diligence
• Broad consulting toolkit across different client challenges, industries and functions
• Experience contributing to business development and internal initiatives

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client engagements across research, analysis, insight development, technical execution, and overall project management
• Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Develop data-driven recommendations using structured thinking and commercial judgement
• Translate client needs into clear analyses, work plans, and deliverables
• Manage, coach, and develop junior team members
• Lead workstreams and smaller engagements
• Present recommendations to senior stakeholders
